ME/ I'm a progressive creative free spirit. A Culinary Arts grad who luvs cooking international cuisine and international travel. I luv music, and create art in a variety of mediums which includes sculpture, water color,oil pastel acrylic paint and charcoal.I enjoy poetry and songwriting as well. I believe expression through music and the arts are the international language that transcend any culture or nation no matter where one may reside on the planet.Sometimes life beats down hard and crushes the soul, but art and music are a constant reminder that I have one! I believe it hightens the awareness of my spirit which will live on long after my body has whithered and returned to the dust from whence it came.I play and teach both the guitar and native american flute,and I am willing and able to share this knowledge with all who have the desire to learn.To me one of the greatest gifts of all are not "What you know " but to impart "What you know" freely especially if it enriches another persons life.I enjoy people who are mentally stimulating and creative not distructive.I was on this site about a year ago and encountered many haters and people burdened with drama, baggage, liars and the like, not to mention the sexually needy. Do me a favor just keep stepin. I got no time for or energy for that kind of toxic behavior all it does is drain the soul.So I am hoping that my experience on this site this time around will be an interesting sojourn through the depths of the human spirit. I have prepared myself for the journey
